Bleaching my teeth!!!!!

First time for everthing...Jamie is having me bleach my teeth right now. If they turn out snow white I'm going to be pissed! 

Swimming three times a week right now abut 2500 yds each time.  Running 10 miles tommorow morning also.

1 month till Alaska with Mom and Dad!!! Getting excited to go and see something new

Weekend News

Went to the farm Sat/Sun for Mothers Day. Was great to see Mom-Dad and the kids.  Weather was kinda bad but nicer on Sun.

Went for a run with Jamie on the farm and did some of the trail. Man o man do I enjoy running on the farm. PS....Jamie took a spill in the woods.

Big week this week - need to focus in and keep working. Half Marathon also on Sat.....

Has Spring Sprung?

Looks like it might be turning the corner and warming up. I have faith that today will warm up and stay warm. I'm wondering how cold Buffalo Tri will be June 1.....the ice just went out a week or so ago.

Got the house really nice and organized yesterday. Spent about 5 hours just cleaning out old junk and getting more tidy. Still need to do a nice spring cleaning......anyone know a good maid???

Today looks like church in the morning and garage cleaning afternoon, work tonight

Great Swim and Crazy Max

It still cold outside but the pool was nice. Got 1800yds in and felt really good. Ate Pizzaa today......could this be the secret I've been missing.

Max also ate my gum from my briefcase when I got home....need to remember how sneaky this dude is!!

Well sh!t.....now I see after logging in that my Mobile pic did come across!!! Cool it was pretty easy and i can see using this!!
